BT 1111B – Kenworth Charge Air Cooler

The BT 1111B all aluminum charge air cooler is an exact fit, OEM replacement for Kenworth C500Bs, Kenworth T800Hs, Kenworth T800Ws, Kenworth W900Bs and Kenworth W900Cs. Manufactured in the USA using controlled atmosphere brazing, the epoxy-free core measures 34.88 inches from header to header, 22.95 inches from side to side, and 2.21 inches thick. Aluminum tanks are TIG welded to the core to provide the strongest possible bond and has a 4 inch inlet and outlet. Each unit is individually tested prior to shipping and guaranteed to be 100% leak free.
