PreparationEnsure your beverage is chilled if carbonated (5°C / 41°F max). Invert the Talos keg and place it securely on your filling surface. Thoroughly sanitise the keg’s valve.2. Connect the CouplerAttach your A-type filling coupler to the keg’s valve, ensuring a secure connection.3. Counter-Pressure FillingBegin filling, maintaining a minimum of 5 psi of counter-pressure within the keg using your coupler’s gauge and valve. You can increase the transfer pressure from your source to speed up the fill, adjusting counter-pressure as needed to prevent foaming.4. Completing the FillThe keg will automatically stop filling when full.
