Scandicrafts Stainless Steel 6 Inch Grapefruit Spoon

I got my purchase yesterday. I noticed on an earlier review that the labels were difficult to remove. I ordered the spoons anyway. That review was correct, the bar code labels are tough to remove. I have had issues with labels on other items in the past and this is the method that I use.I heat the spoon on the opposite side of the label with a hair dryer until the adhesive softens. This takes about 45 seconds. Once the adhesive softens, the label usually lifts easily without tearing. If the adhesive comes up with the label all you need to do is wash the spoon and you are ready to go. If adhesive residue is left on the spoon spread a little peanut butter on it and wipe with a paper towel. The oils will dissolve what is left and the you can just wash the spoon. I usually use WD-40 for this step but since these are utensils, peanut butter is safer.As far as the spoons go, they look good, have a nice finish. They are a bit thinner than I expected but do the job. I hope this review helps.
