Kit comes with 38mm (1 1/2″) Diameter Mahogany Fibrous casings that are durable yet easy-peeling, US Made ring pliers and plenty of metal casing rings to secure the casing ends when stuffing is complete. Casings are dyed a vibrant Mahogany color, come pre-tied and are looped on one end with strong polyester string to make the process even smoother. Just soak casings in lukewarm water for 10 minutes, stuff tight, clip other end securely and hang up for smoking or lay in oven for baking (use drip pan).
