About this item BOOST PERFORMANCE: The BBR Tuning CC- Xport Motorized Bicycle Exhaust Assembly is a billet exhaust header manifold that helps increase torque and low end power by extending your exhaust port and changing it’s power band. It’s also designed with a large heat sink that pulls heat away from the cylinder resulting in cooler engine temperatures which helps the engine perform at it’s best. INCREASE CLEARANCE: This assembly will extend your exhaust mount forward which helps with mounting your exhaust when your bike’s down tube or pedal cranks end up being in the way. EASY INSTALLATION: Installation is a breeze, just unbolt your old exhaust and remove the gasket then install the new gasket between the X-port and cylinder and the other gasket between your muffler and the X-port. Bolt the assembly together and your good to go. It’s that easy! UNIVERSAL FIT: Designed to work with most standard 48cc, 60cc, 66cc and 80cc 2-stroke and 4 stroke motorized bicycle engines.
